Who am I?

Hi! I am Ally Francis founder of the Renew Coaching Company and Occupational Therapist. I struggled for years with low self-worth, and self-hate which frequently affected my personal relationships. Stemming from the effects of a difficult childhood that was often plagued with physical abuse and shame, for years I told myself that I wasn’t good enough and was not deserving of all the beauty and love that came to me in this world.

Despite considerable blessings and career success, I was never fulfilled.  I was living in my own nightmare: Broken friendships, shame, guilt and divorce.

It was not until I finally found the strength to walk away from a second emotionally abusive and financially draining divorce when I found myself at rock bottom that I knew I needed to rebuild my life.

Through affirmations, gratitude practice, challenging myself to prove I was capable, self-care, music and dance, nature and therapy, I learned to love myself.  Learning to love myself was truly the best gift I had ever received. Once I began to love myself my life changed and I attracted more loving people into my life who also recognized my worth.

Then I found wellness coaching. Instead of traditional ‘life’ coaching, I  wanted to help other people like myself see that trauma does not define you or your future.  Doing this work was as if someone was reminding me of the code to my soul, and I was able to unlock the closet to my soul that had been barricaded shut. I Believe that it is my life purpose to help others learn to renew themselves.  I believe everyone should feel the freeing power of self-love.

I now dedicate my life to teaching people with addiction and those who want to remain in reocvery how to do this deep self-work.  Using the power of my failures and disappointments, I began to connect with my own inner child, I learned how to turn OFF my trauma response, I cleared and cut all my old energetic cords, I developed a deep daily spiritual practice, then I learned to embody real self-love, and raised my vibration.

My life began to transform before my very eyes.

Things started to make sense, I learned how to create energetic boundaries, how to distinguish my feelings from others, and how to create real change in my daily life!

I had found the inner work that freed my soul and I wanted to teach people how to get their life back,

do this work, so they too could also unlock their magic!

Years later, seasoned with a ton of mistakes and thousands of hours helping others climb through their own limitations, I stand here today to share that you can use your wounds as the road map to find your own freedom.

This path is not about perfection, its about learning to effectively go after your desires with action and make the best of what comes your way.

To me, life is about being your true self and having the courage to share that with the world.

So this is how I developed the Self-Love Mastery Method. I have lived it.  I have seen it change my life, my mood, my boundaries, my relationships, and my perspective. And the biggest thing I want to share with you is that YOU are not broken, you are whole, and I can show you the way back to your wholeness.

As an Occupational Therapist for over nineteen (19) years I have worked with children and adults of all ages helping them identify their roles in life and be healthy and well enough to accomplish them.

I have the pleasure of also being an All American Speakers Member and a member of the Mclean Institute of Coaching an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

Our Community

Our world can seem increasingly isolating, lonely and fragmented as you go through the pain of substance addiction.  We feel the manic pace and velocity of activity around us and behaviors that are rewarded in our society.  These often rob us of the opportunity to take the time to really see and enjoy the person right next to us.  It may be a perfect stranger, or our closest family member.

What would it be like to say to another . . . “I want to know you.  Really know you.”  And what would it be like to hear that?

In our community we belong and can all relate.  We feel as though we matter.  We reveal ourselves and trust that others will see us for who we really are.  This is what it means to be human, and what it means to be seen as whole, honored for your courage and dignity, and celebrated for the unique and brilliant human being that you are. Welcome to Renew Coaching Center (RCC).

The most important relationship you will ever have in your life is the relationship with yourself, your mind, body, and soul. You cannot experience true abundance until all those things are in harmony.

"The most important relationship you will ever have in your life is the relationship with the three parts of yourself- your mind, body, and soul. You cannot experience true abundance until all those are in harmony."

Our Vision

Love, abundance and community for individuals suffering from addiction or trauma.

Our dream is a planet where all beings are whole, fully expressed, and infinitely creative.  As we claim our limitless capacity to love, we create abundance for each individual who lives in love and service to others.  It is through the willingness to be vulnerable and surrender to the innate wisdom of our hearts that we can heal ourselves, each other, and our world.
